My primary focus is building strong relationships based on trust, open communication, and understanding customers’ unique needs. My goal is to always seek better ways to provide an exceptional and bespoke experience that sustains long-term partnerships with our clients.

Hi, I’m Sarah, and I look after a number of key accounts in London and across the UK for Portfolio. One of the things I love about my role is that we get to see behind the scenes of so many different industries. No day is the same and I love it when we overcome a specific challenge as a team that we might not have been able to achieve as individuals. I’m passionate about giving back and when we get to work with our clients on sustainability initiatives or charity events that make a real positive impact on people’s lives, that’s when I’m at my happiest.

Hi, I’m Raphael and my career began 13 years ago as a cleaning operative, and now I’m Portfolio’s Operations Director.

I stumbled upon my first cleaning job with no intention in staying for more than a few weeks, but I immediately fell in love with the strong sense of connection and appreciation shown to people from different backgrounds. My core purpose at work is always to enhance collaboration, creativity, and ultimately elevate the experience and satisfaction of our valued customers. I thrive to positively influence individuals, coaching them to be proud of their role and their work.

I’m committed to ensure that our organisation remains a benchmark for operational excellence, while celebrating our unique culture and people. If you happen to see me outside of work, I’ll likely be enjoying a book, or cooking outdoors – no matter the weather!

Hiya! My name is Jodie and I’m an Operations Director. I have a love for project management and am at my best when I have several projects and deadlines happening at once. I have a natural love for being organised so bringing our teams together to all play their part in achieving the best results truly makes me happy! I can be a little regimental (so I’m told!) which is a skill I use in my daily work life, but it also helps to manage my homelife for my husband and step daughter. I describe myself as an extrovert so being social and building relationships is key to how I work. From that, I thrive on those relationships to understand our customers to marry client experience with practical process to achieve results and lead our business.

Hello my name is Charlotte and my role is to drive our Portfolio vision and develop real connections with everyone we work with. What I love to do is look to the future alongside our clients and define how we will work together to create exceptional workplaces and future-proof our delivery and solve any pain points that keep our clients awake at night.

I love understanding our clients’ culture and knitting it together with ours ultimately finding likeminded thinkers in this extraordinary industry and working together to make it better. Of course, this is easy when you work alongside wonderful people.
