Hiya! My name is Jodie and I’m an Operations Director. I have a love for project management and am at my best when I have several projects and deadlines happening at once. I have a natural love for being organised so bringing our teams together to all play their part in achieving the best results truly makes me happy! I can be a little regimental (so I’m told!) which is a skill I use in my daily work life, but it also helps to manage my homelife for my husband and step daughter. I describe myself as an extrovert so being social and building relationships is key to how I work.
