Hello, my name is Petya. As Account Director for Portfolio, my passion lies in providing exceptional service to our clients while simultaneously prioritising environmental sustainability. I am dedicated to creating clean and safe working spaces by managing and leading a team of skilled cleaning professionals and incorporating green cleaning techniques.

Hi, I’m Sarah, and I look after a number of key accounts in London and across the UK for Portfolio. One of the things I love about my role is that we get to see behind the scenes of so many different industries. No day is the same and I love it when we overcome a specific challenge as a team that we might not have been able to achieve as individuals. I’m passionate about giving back and when we get to work with our clients on sustainability initiatives or charity events that make a real positive impact on people’s lives, that’s when I’m at my happiest.
Hi, I’m Raphael and my career began 13 years ago as a cleaning operative, and now I’m Portfolio’s Operations Director.
I stumbled upon my first cleaning job with no intention in staying for more than a few weeks, but I immediately fell in love with the strong sense of connection and appreciation shown to people from different backgrounds. My core purpose at work is always to enhance collaboration, creativity, and ultimately elevate the experience and satisfaction of our valued customers. I thrive to positively influence individuals, coaching them to be proud of their role and their work.

Hiya! My name is Jodie and I’m an Operations Director. I have a love for project management and am at my best when I have several projects and deadlines happening at once. I have a natural love for being organised so bringing our teams together to all play their part in achieving the best results truly makes me happy! I can be a little regimental (so I’m told!) which is a skill I use in my daily work life, but it also helps to manage my homelife for my husband and step daughter. I describe myself as an extrovert so being social and building relationships is key to how I work. From that, I thrive on those relationships to understand our customers to marry client experience with practical process to achieve results and lead our business.
